About The Role

As a School Experience Coordinator, you'll:

  • Educate and wow prospective families on the Vivvi Experience through tours, ongoing communication, and knowledge about programming
  • Oversee the enrollment process for all new families through to the first day of school
  • Manage the Department of Education acceptance, enrollment and paperwork collection processes
  • Support Head of School with Department of Education reimbursement and budgeting processes
  • Partner with the Head of School to ensure consistent program quality and alignment with Vivvi’s educational vision
  • Create and facilitate a welcoming environment for all current and future families and faculty
  • Help ensure safety and compliance of the campus according to DOH and DOE standards including emergency preparedness and safety procedures
  • Maintain knowledge of all school operating systems and work with the Head of School to seek continuous improvement
  • Maintain transparent and supportive communication with families and colleagues
  • Manage day-to-day operational logistics such as staff scheduling, supply ordering, and more
  • Serve as the administrator on-site in the absence of the Head of School
  • Hold colleagues to a high standard of professionalism

  • Have or are in progress to receive a BA or MA in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • See every child as infinitely capable and their families as instrumental partners in their education and care
  • Have 1-5 years experience in a similar role
  • Have deep expertise in a progressive approach to early childhood education
  • Have experience in navigating DOE 3K and 4K budgeting and reimbursement procedures
  • Are knowledgeable of DOH and DOE requirements for early childhood programs
  • Value and create strong relationships with families, children, and faculty
  • Proficient with technology, especially Google Sheets and DOE platforms
  • Are strong people leader, navigating challenging conversations with empathy and honesty
  • Possess strong written and oral communication skills
  • Are already or are willing to be CPR and First Aid certified

Competitive Compensation and Benefits: Our school leaders earn salaries from $50,000-$70,000 based on level of education and experience. Full time employees also receive benefits including tuition reimbursement, health, vision, and dental insurance, retirement savings, and commuter benefits.
