What will you do?

Our Revenue Strategy team supports our Revenue Team (Marketing, Sales, Operations). This team is responsible for understanding, synthesizing, and enacting strategies to optimize our end-to-end funnel. We act as a cross-functional linchpin between our stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity to improve our funnel and drive initiatives forward from inception to completion to iteration.

As the Director of Revenue Strategy, you will lead cross-functional efforts to align teams and achieve key business objectives, streamlining execution and fostering a culture of cooperation. From inception to implementation, you will take ownership of optimizing the end-to-end funnel process, overseeing scoping, execution, and change management. This encompasses onboarding, training, continuing education, upleveling, refining tooling and tech stack usage, and ensuring the maintenance of a robust knowledge base. You will define and carry out high-ROI strategies aimed at enhancing sales and operational performance.

This role presents a unique opportunity to drive revenue strategy through collaboration, optimization, and insightful leadership, contributing significantly to the Sealed's growth and success. Leading by example, you will manage a Senior Analyst while maintaining your own analytical capabilities.

Finally, it’s essential that you’re able to navigate the big picture while tending to the minutiae, ensuring every detail aligns seamlessly within the larger framework.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years experience working in sales/revenue operations, preferably in a B2C startup environment
  • Strong experience in creating Excel models and manipulating data is required. SQL and Tableau experience is a plus
  • Strong Salesforce and Outreach knowledge is a plus
  • Effective, clear, and concise communication skills, verbal and written. Communication early and often to key stakeholders is a key component of this role
  • Ability to interact and influence decision-making processes at multiple levels
  • Masterful at soup-to-nuts project management. Able to scope project, communicate scope clearly to stakeholders, define roles and responsibilities for stakeholders, manage to deadlines, give regular, clear updates, communicate risks, and manage rollout and post-rollout feedback/follow-up
  • Extreme attention to detail; ability to see an initiative from every angle
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and flexible working in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-driven, self-motivated and able to work independently

Salary:

The expected salary range for this role is $144,500 - $187,000. We’re eager to engage with all qualified candidates and consideration will be provided to experience and skill level.
