DESCRIPTION

Andie is looking for an intern to support the Operations and Planning team throughout the fall & winter season. This person will support daily operational tasks within our e-commerce platform (Shopify) and larger projects connected to purchase orders and inventory management.

This is an unpaid internship; candidate must be able to earn college credit.

Responsibilities

• Upload PR, Social Media and Store allocation order requests into our warehouse management system; monitor tracking accordingly

• Perform daily checks to ensure all online orders are received into our warehouse system

• Generate ASNs (advanced shipment notices) for upcoming deliveries using supplier packing lists

• Support our Customer Experience team in resolving product oversells 

• Update weekly collection performance documents

• Manage incoming purchase order tracker and reconcile received shipments

Requirements

• Looking ideally for students who’ve completed their sophomore or junior years

• Must be hungry to learn with an energetic, can-do disposition and a keen eye for detail

• Interested in pursuing a career in Operations and/or Merchandise Planning

• Must have basic Excel skills; a plus if familiar with Shopify
